Your files

Batchmint processes images and documents in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. Temporary previews and exports remain in browser memory until you clear the batch or close the page. Downloaded files remain on your device.

EPUB recovery and saved versions

The EPUB editor automatically saves the current book and unapplied drafts in this browser’s local IndexedDB storage. You can also save up to five versions. These copies stay on your device after closing the page and are not uploaded. Use “Clear local workspace & versions” in the editor or clear this site’s browser data to remove them. Local copies can be accessed by other people using the same browser profile; download important work separately.

Website requests

Our hosting infrastructure handles request information such as IP address, browser information and access times to serve and protect the site. We do not run third-party marketing analytics.

Advertising and cookies

If ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to store or access information on your device and serve ads based on your visits to this site or other sites. You can control personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or opt out of some participating companies’ personalized ads at aboutads.info.

Support

When you submit a request, we store your email, message, submission time and a reference number to handle that request. Avoid including sensitive personal information. Records are retained until resolved and may be retained to address follow-up requests. You can request deletion through the support form.

Abuse prevention

We temporarily store a hash derived from the request IP and an hourly time window to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after the window and are removed on later submissions.

Your choices

You can use the free studio without registering or providing an email. Clear the batch to release file results and image previews. For privacy questions or requests, use support.

Service providers

The site is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers may process request or transaction data in other countries.
