Merge, split and reorder PDF pages

Start by deciding whether you need to combine whole files, keep only selected pages, or create a separate PDF for each page. These are different jobs and can produce different results for bookmarks, forms and signatures.

Combine several PDFs into one

  1. Open the merge tool and choose the source PDFs.
  2. Arrange the files in the order you want them to appear.
  3. Export the combined document and check its page sequence.

The merge tool supports up to 200 output pages. Keep the originals, especially when a file includes interactive fields, bookmarks or a digital signature. Document-level behavior may not carry over to the merged copy.

Keep a page range or change page order

Use Extract & reorder PDF when you need a subset of pages, a new order, or a repeated page. Enter the page selection shown in the tool and review the result against the source. For example, include the title page and selected appendices without exporting unrelated pages.

Make one PDF for every page

The Split PDF tool creates a separate one-page file for each source page and downloads them together in a ZIP. It accepts PDFs up to 200 source pages and limits the combined split output to 80 MB. If a scan is too large, split it into smaller groups first.

Review the export

Batchmint processes these PDFs in your browser. Password-protected or damaged files may not open. Keep sensitive originals on your device and check each output before sharing it.
